Until October 2006, the en:headquarters of en:YouTube were on the second floor of this modest brick building in downtown en:San Mateo, California. The first floor is occupied by a pizzeria and a Japanese restaurant. The YouTube entrance is the small door between the two restaurants.

Right before YouTube agreed to become part of Google, it moved out of the loft and into a real office building in nearby en:San Bruno, California.
