What link could you establish between ISKCON Life Membership Programme, HG Ayodhyapati Das and Gujarati Wikipedia? I would suggest that as you gave him money for the membership, you must have got a visiting card from him, this is not an ISKCON complaint register here, the only advise I can give you is to Contact Ayodhyapati Prabhu on the contact number he would have given you.
