The "True Jesus Church" is an independent Christian church that was established in Beijing, China in 1917. Today there are 1.5 million members in forty five countries. The church was established in India since 1932. The church belongs to to the Protestant group of Christianity. Christmas and Easter are not celebrated. In 1967 the International Assembly of the True Jesus Church was formed in Los Angeles, United States.
