સાર્વભૌમ દેશોની આ યાદી તેમની સ્થિતિ અને તેમના સાર્વભૌમત્વ માન્યતા પર જાણકારી સાથે, વિશ્વમાં સાર્વભૌમ દેશો એક ઝાંખી પૂરી પાડે છે.

સંયુક્ત રાષ્ટ્ર વ્યવસ્થા ની અંદર ૧૯૩ સભ્ય દેશો, ૨ નિરીક્ષક દેશો, અને અન્ય ૧૧ દેશો ત્રણ વર્ગોમાં ૨૦૬ દેશો ની યાદી વિભાજિત કરે છે. સાર્વભૌમત્વ વિવાદ સ્તંભ જેના સાર્વભૌમત્વ નિર્વિવાદ છે (૧૯૦ દેશો) અને જેના સાર્વભૌમત્વ અંગે વિવાદ છે (૧૬ દેશો, જેમા થી ૬ સભ્ય દેશો, ૧ નિરીક્ષક દેશ અને ૯ અન્ય દેશો છે) જણાવે છે.
