કામરૂપી બોલી એ બ્રહ્મપુત્રા ખીણ અને ઉત્તર બંગાળમાં બોલાતી બોલીઓનો સમૂહ છે.[૨]

કામરૂપીમાં ત્રણ બોલીઓનો સમાવેશ થાય છે: પશ્ચિમ કામરૂપી (બરપેટા), મધ્ય કામરૂપી (નલબારી) અને દક્ષિણ કામરૂપી (પલાસબારી). પશ્ચિમ કામરૂપી બોલી બરપેટા જિલ્લામાં અને આસપાસના પ્રદેશોમાં બોલાય છે, મધ્ય કામરૂપી બોલી નલબારી જિલ્લા અને તેની નજીકના વિસ્તારોમાં બોલાય છે. દક્ષિણ કામરૂપી બોલી પલાશબારી અને તેની આસપાસના વિસ્તારોમાં બોલાય છે.[૩]

The sub-dialectical varieties of Kamrupi may be grouped mainly into three divisions —western, central and southern. The variety spoken in the area comprising Barpeta, Sundardiya, Patbausi, Bhabani- pur etc. is western, that of Nalbari and its surrounding areas is central and that of Palasbari, Chaygong, Boko etc. is southern.
