Criteria

This award may be presented to any Wikipedian who makes significant contributions to instruction and help on Wikipedia. Examples include creation or major improvement of Wikipedia help and how-to pages, notable work on template documentation (but see {{The Template Barnstar}} for template creation), great work explicating or clarifying any Wikipedia processes, policies and guidelines, and just a good job making something complicated easier for some or all on a talk page somewhere.

It can also be awarded for one-on-one assistance, but see also specific barnstars for Adopt-a-User, Reference Desk, dmin coaching, and helping new users.

Usage

To use this template, add {{subst:Instructor's Barnstar|1=Put your message here. ~~~~}} to the talk page of the user you wish to award it to.
