મીણા એ ભીલોનું એક પેટા-જૂથ છે, જે પશ્ચિમ ભારતમાં આવેલું એક વંશીય જૂથ છે. ૧૯૫૪માં ભારત સરકાર દ્વારા તેમને અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિનો દરજ્જો મળ્યો હતો. તેમને મિનાવર પણ કહેવામાં આવે છે.[૫]
જમીનદાર મીણા, ચોકીદાર મીણા, ગુર્જર મીણા, પડિયાર મીણા, ભીલ મીણા, રાવત મીણા, ટાકુર મીણા અને રાજપૂત મીણા એ મીણાના પેટાજૂથો છે.[૬]
