હત્યા
મનુષ્યનું ગેરકાયદેસર મૃત્યુ નીપજાવવાની ઘટના હત્યા તરીકે ઓળખાય છે.[૧][૨][૩] જે તે દેશના કાયદા અનુસાર આ સમયે હત્યા કરનારની મનો:સ્થિતિ પરથી હત્યા અને વધ ની વ્યાખ્યા અલગ પડાય છે.
