ગુજરાત મેટ્રો રેલ કોર્પોરેશન લિમિટેડ (જી.એમ.આર.સી) એ ભારત સરકાર અને ગુજરાત સરકાર વચ્ચેની સંયુક્ત સાહસ કંપની છે. તેની સ્થાપના ૪ ફેબ્રુઆરી ૨૦૧૦ના રોજ રૂ.૨૦૨ કરોડ (અંદાજે US$૨૫ મિલિયન)ના પ્રારંભિક રોકાણ સાથે કરવામાં આવી હતી. કંપનીનું મુખ્ય મથક ગાંધીનગર, ગુજરાત, ભારતમાં આવેલ છે.
